    1. to reclaim salinized lands = Gypsum (imp bit)
      acidic lands= lime

    2. All the questions posted here are though provoking. Thinking a lot, rather than reading is imp for clearing prelims. If you analyze all previous year question they are very simple but deep, which requires considerable thinking. So always please ask why?
      For example answer the following questions
      1. Deforestation, overgrazing results in soil erosion why?
      2. Eutrophication results in Algal blooms, Hypoxia, dead zones and Killing of fish why?

      let me reiterate what I have mentioned earlier. Tomorrow in the UPSC eaxm you are going to find questions from this blog (In one way or other). I vouch for it. So please keep thinking about these questions.
