1. Ozone in stratosphere is a protector but Ozone in troposphere is a pollutant! This ozone is called ground level ozone. Consider the following statements about Ground level ozone

While upper atmospheric ozone protects the earth from the sun's harmful rays, ground level ozone is the main component of smog. Ozone can also be transported long distances by wind. For this reason, even rural areas can experience high ozone levels.
2.only giving education will not lead to harnessing of demographic dividend but they should be able to seek a job.There should be collaboration between the industries and the academics.Understand the requirements of the market etc will help .
3.Because of warm ocean temperatures in BOB.(more points then please let me know).
4.Forest has a natural ability to hold the water when it rains and release it slowly.But deforestation will lead to quick flow of water which in turn will strip the top soil.more flow of water into the rivers will cause the floods and also change the course of the rivers.

2. BOB answer is correct. That is the major point. There are one or two minor points. Cyclones from pacific ocean also drift to BOB. But all arabian sea cyclones arise in arabian sea it self. Some arabian sea cyclones also drift into BOB.
